Shea has been working in the real estate industry for over half a decade. With vast experience in the Kansas City Metro and the expanding areas she thrives in offering a smooth, educational and genuine experience to her clientele.

Growing up she assisted her father in housing development and after graduation quickly went to work in property management. After managing multiple downtown condominiums she received her license and now specializes in assisting buyers, sellers and investors across the Kansas & Missouri regions.

She takes pride in the customer service her clients receive and utilizes her experience in managing, leasing and marketing investment properties. She listens to her clients and has created relationships that will last a lifetime due to her negotiation skills, knowledge and experience.

She has a passion for her city and creating a community that is connected, loving and successful. If she is not out assisting a client she volunteers her time on multiple boards such as The Young Professionals NetWork of KCRAR, The Global Business Council of KCRAR, Women in Real Estate Development all while Chairing The Young Professionals Board for the Pet Resource Center of Kansas City that she started in 2021.
