"The Gamble Group is supremely professional, yet definitely ensures that you feel as though we are all “in this together,” as such, making clear that Jim and Team Gamble KNOW THEIR BUSINESS while keeping our needs always top of mind! Jim and his team are supremely responsive and make thoughtful and practical recommendations on how best to prepare $1M+ Meyer Blvd house for sale and negotiate with potential buyers! We were fortunate enough to also work with the Gamble Group in purchasing our new Fairway, KS home and it was such an easy, pleasant and satisfying experience for us. Highly recommend this team!"

"Jim couldn't have done a better job for us from start to finish. He had an excellent understanding of every step of the process and, just as importantly, was able to communicate it in a clear manner that made it easy for us to understand what was going on. Furthermore, he truly acted as an "advisor" to us throughout our home purchasing process, rather than someone who was just trying to sell us a home. This allowed us to ultimately find the right home at the right value and we couldn't be happier with our experience!"

"Jim helped us both buy a place when we moved to town and sell it a few years later when we left town. He was very accommodating when scheduling long Saturdays of looking at houses, always was available when I wanted to go out. When we were selling, he helped us keep everything in perspective. Through both experiences, Jim was easy to get along with and great at helping us through both the buying and selling process. If we end up back in the KC area, we will use Jim again."
